Lymphatic Facial Massage & Cupping

Integrated Massage and Acupuncture treatment. Blending the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy, such as muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and stress relief, and Acupuncture, which targets specific points to rebalance the body's energy, reduce pain, and support internal healing. From chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, tension, or to restore overall wellness, this combined approach addresses both the physical and energetic layers of the body.
Each session is customized to your needs and may include elements like deep tissue, cupping, gua sha and targeted acupuncture points.

Massage & Acupuncture

Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

Pre natal

Relieves pain and soreness from giving birth, reduces swelling, increases healthy circulation through out the body, which also helps the flow of breast milk by increasing a lactation hormone called prolactin. For cesarian births, helps in the prevention of scar tissue adhesions, increases circulation to the area to promote healing.

Post Partum Massage

Massage therapy for infants and children, can assist in the relief of pain and discomfort from growing pains,  musculoskeletal conditions helps regulate stress and anxiety, providing a deeper, more sound sleep. Promote relaxation, relieves discomfort of gas, colic, teething and congestion. Stimulates circulatory and digestive system, hormonal and immune systems. Promotes bonding and secure attachment between you and your baby.

Infant & Pediatric

Reduce swelling, edema,  and inflammation especially after surgery or injury. Technique that helps move the lymphatic fluid, strengthening the immune system, and helping the body to heal faster.
