Simon Yoon R.Ac, R.TCMP, RMT, KSNS therapist, Acupuncture instructor. Simon began his career in health with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the National University of Chungnam in Korea. His enthusiasm for Wellness continued with learning the healing art of Saam Five Element Acupuncture. Simon trained and interned at Dr. Kim Honggyung’s Saam Acupuncture Institute. Following his studies in Korea, Simon completed the four-year diploma at Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition to running his practice, Simon has been teaching an advanced Five Element Acupuncture course for over 13 years, honoring the late Dr. Kim Honggyung’s wishes. Simon also apprenticed in Germany under the late Professor Saeyion Kim, the founder of KSNS (Kim’s Safety Nerve System) therapy. KSNS is a revolutionary acupressure therapy which utilizes focused pressure techniques to help the body heal itself by stimulating specific reflex points that may be related to your conditions or the problematic areas. Simon is credited as the first practitioner to bring KSNS therapy to North America. Simon has been successfully treating various challenging conditions where conventional Acupuncture is failing many patients, by combining the best knowledge of Acupuncture, KSNS Acupressure therapy, cupping, guasha, blood-letting, and Herbal Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, Some of the many conditions Simon specializes include: fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, multi-sclerosis, plantar fasciitis, joint & muscle pain, insomnia, depression and psychiatric issues, digestive issues, hair loss, skin disorders, headaches, allergies, asthma, infertility and gynecological disorders, and Sexual issues. Simon also has a strong interest in helping those in need locally and around the world. He has been involved with various non-profit religious or non-religious organizations, volunteering his time to provide Acupuncture services locally and around the world.
